Is Personalized Coaching right for me?
As women, we are socialized in almost every area of our lives to do it all: be everything to everyone while putting others' wants, needs, and expectations above our own. Over time, this harmful conditioning chips away at our self-confidence and ambitions, creating mental and emotional stressors that can be difficult to manage or work through independently.
You may believe you can power through this uncertainty crisis alone but ultimately, a DIY approach can create a cycle of working harder, not smarter or more efficiently. We are all limited by our own experiences and insights, and coaching provides support and accountability as we create an action plan together.
It’s important to note that coaching isn’t about giving you all the answers and making the decisions for you. The process requires focus, intention, and ownership. My style of coaching is about helping you develop life-long skills that will support you in every phase of your career, not just this current challenge. Think of it as a sustainable solution, not a band-aid fix.
Coaching isn’t limited to feeling stuck or having a problem: it can help create solutions to existing concerns and proactively reduce future roadblocks. It’s a dynamic approach to help you streamline your goals and achieve them with more ease and in a more efficient way.
I’ve helped women at different stages of their careers working in a variety of industries–from finance and tech to healthcare and marketing–reconnect with their authentic selves, embrace their full potential, and find fulfillment in their lives and careers.
If you’re wondering what the Awakened Career experience might be like, I’d love to hear why this is the right time for you to explore coaching.
